In numerous Polish cities, history lives in every corner. Medieval squares, modern buildings, baroque palaces, gloomy castles – you can find it all in Poland! While exploring the entire country in 7 days is hardly possible, you can easily have your taste of Poland in a week and savor everything it has to offer! Once upon a time, in the times when legends were very alive, the mermaid told people “here you will build a marvelous city” and indeed, they did. The capital city of Poland is vibrant and modern and it has mastered the art of reinvention. It rose up from ashes like a phoenix and learned to combine modernity with history. Tall skyscrapers and old buildings, the few which survived the war, stand proudly next to each other. In Warsaw, you can learn a lot about reinvention and enjoy yourself like there is no tomorrow. In the city of kings, you can stumble upon traces of old times in every corner. Old kings and queens seem to sing their stories from the pebbles, and Vistula river guards the city along with its dragon. Welcome to Kraków! Since it is a rich historical site and a former Polish capital city,  Kraków has always been greatly important for Polish history and culture. If you are visiting Poland, it’s one of the must-visit places to put on your travel map. After all, here they outwitted a dragon and crowned more kings than anywhere else in Poland.  What to see? Poland under the microscope: Tri-City

If we put Poland under the microscope, we would certainly see a diverse country filled with interesting places and Tri-City is one of them. Tri-City – in other words, a group of closely-tied cities – is composed of Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot. These are cities located in the northern Poland, just by the Bay of Gdańsk and throughout the years I’ve been a frequent visitor there. Sometimes I visit because due to business matters, sometimes because of my personal desires. Either way, I’ve become familiar with Tri-City and I keep coming back for years. High prices and crowded streets should be enough to keep me away, but there’s something charming about the place that I can’t ignore.  Considering a visit? Great!
