Today, I would like to introduce you to my ultimate accessibility rating of travel destinations. Travelling with a manual or electric wheelchair might be quite a a challenge, but .. You have to know, I’ve never been the one to resist a promise of adventure. Travelling has always been my cup of tea, and nothing has changed that. Not only a friend, but also a solid guardian during my adventures on Blumil electric wheelchair. She is always there for me when I need her and her presence makes even the darkest days better. She’s also my ultimate companionship: wherever I go, she goes. We explore the world together and she’s truly a very important part of my life. How did it happen? How our paths crossed? BLUMIL ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR FOR DIFFERENT DISABILITIES

When I made the Blumil electric wheelchair, I was thinking mainly of it being suitable for me. I have a spinal cord injury at c5/c6 level. After a lot of adjustments and design changes I was able to ride it very comfortably. When I had an idea of introducing it to a wider audience and starting production I consulted the project with a lot of people.

FROM A WHEELED CHAIR TO THE BLUMIL ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIR

Have you ever wondered what’s the origin of an electric wheelchair? The history takes us back far, far into the past…

Supposedly, the first wheelchair to be ever made was the one from Greece or China dated to 6th century A.D. It’s still very unclear as to who invented it first. Of course, the original device was very hard to operate and required a third party’s help – it’s purpose was to rather help the caregivers rather than the disabled.
